Product Description:
Rubber Lifting Airbags are mainly used in the ship up and down the water, large objects such as the start handling. The airbag of the ship has overcome the shortcomings of the traditional craftsmanship of the ship, such as skateboard, slide, caisson and so on. It has become a flexible and mature technology. Technical Requirements:
(1)Size Deviation

(2)Elastic Deformation
With 1.2 times the working pressure to do the experimental pressure, the diameter of the deformation is not greater than 5%.
(3)Safety Factor
The safety factor is not less than 4.5.
(4)Air Tightness
Inflatable 1h, the pressure is not greater than 5%.
(5)Appearance Requirements
Linear smooth, no cracks and bubbles, heavy skin, mixed with impurities and obvious dirt and other defects.
(6)Safe Inflatable Device
Capsule should be installed on the safety valve, safety valve start-up pressure should be working pressure of 1.25 times.

Floating Pneumatic Rubber Fender Definition
Pneumatic rubber fender is a kind of ship accessory that buffers and protects the ship upon berthing and now is widely used in ships, ocean platform, offshore facilities, wharf and yacht etc.
Fender which is made of synthetic-cord-reinforced rubber sheet with compressed air inside to enable it to float on the water and work as a shock absorber between two ships, or between ships and berthing structures when they come alongside each other on the water. At the same time pneumatic rubber fender could absorb the impact energy of ship motion, reduce the recoil force of the ship, greatly improved the security of the ship docked.
The fenders have sometimes been colloquially referred to as “Yokohama fenders” or “Yokohama type fenders”.
Fender types are defined as follows:
a) Type I — net type;
b) Type II — sling type.
Net-type fender dedinition: Fender which is covered by a protection net consisting of either chain, wire or fibre and usually with tyres or rubber sleeves.

Layer made of synthetic-tyre-cord fabric, which maintains the internal air pressure of the fender.
(4)bead ring
Steel ring which is placed at one end (or both ends) of the fender and holds the end of cord layers.
(5)flange opening
Steel flange, which is mounted on the fender, to which an air valve or safety valve can be adapted.
